Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, to which organisations his Department has outsourced functions since 2011.

In 2017 the Treasury outsourced the Equitable Life Payment Scheme (ELPS) to Capita Employee Benefits Ltd.
