Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many contracts for delivering non-emergency transport services have been (a) cancelled, (b) handed back to the Clinical Commissioning Groups and (c) withdrawn from the provider for poor performance in the last two years for which figures are available.
