We do not publish this specific data, however information on the average time for a decision to be taken on an Indefinite Leave to Remain application, by geographical area, is not held by the Home Office.

The current maximum waiting time for a straightforward application for indefinite leave to remain under the settlement route is six months, there are currently no plans to change this.
