Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will publish the (a) location, (b) terms of reference and (c) monitoring and evaluation indicators of the test and dine pilot scheme.

Test and dine was an idea submitted by Birmingham City Council in December 2020 as part of its Community Testing proposal. Community Testing plans need to adhere to current guidelines and restrictions. Due to the ongoing national lockdown proposals such as ‘test and dine’ are no longer being considered at this time.
