There is no set script or bank of questions that Healthcare Professionals ask during face-to-face assessments for Employment and Support Allowance or Personal Independence Payment (PIP). The assessments are conducted in line with the guidance available to the Health Professionals: the PIP Assessment Guide, Part 1 (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/684001/pip-assessment-guide-part-1-assessment-process.pdf); and the Work Capability Assessment Handbook (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/634850/wca-handbook.pdf).
