Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, on how many occasions a Government Minister has overruled the views of an Inquiry Chair received under the Government’s requirement to consult the Chair of an Inquiry under section 14(3) of the Public Inquiries Act 2005 to cancel a Public Inquiry established under that Act before it completes.
