Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the average time is it takes to issue a visa for Ukrainian families after the point they are approved.

Permission to Travel letters are issued within 24 hours of a decision being made. If there is a family group this is within 24 hours of a decision being made on all applications within the group.

When the customer requires a vignette our commercial partner notifies customers their visa decision is ready for collection as soon as possible and within 24 hours of them receiving the vignette at the VAC.
