To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, what the timetable is of the publication of the updated Advisory Statement on implementing the Equality Duty by the Equalities and Human Rights Commission.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is currently undertaking a review of its guidance on the Public Sector Equality Duty for public authorities in England and non-devolved bodies in Scotland and Wales. The revised guidance will be published on the Commission's website in the summer.
