Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, on what dates did (a) Cat Little, Permanent Secretary to the Cabinet Office, and (b) Antonia Romeo, Cabinet Secretary, find out that Lord Mandelson had failed UKSV clearance.
