Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what information his Department holds on the access to standard NHS pension arrangements that new non-TUPE staff were granted by wholly-owned subsidiaries of NHS trusts in the 2016-17 financial year.
This question was answered on 15th March 2018
The Department does not hold information on the records of NHS Pension Scheme members. The NHS Business Service Authority administers the scheme on behalf of the Secretary of State.
