Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, for what reasons his Department changed the criteria for the Levelling Up Fund after bids were submitted to prevent successful local councils from receiving funding in future rounds.
