Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what representations he has received from the Trustees of the Mineworkers' Pension Scheme on surplus sharing arrangements in the last 12 months.

BEIS officials regularly meet the Trustees to discuss the operation of the scheme, including surplus sharing arrangements.
