Intensive Care: Nurses

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps he is taking to ensure that more Intensive Therapy Unit nursing staff receive a post-registration qualification in critical care nursing.
This question was answered on 2nd February 2023
It is the responsibility of individual NHS Trusts to invest in post-registration training, ensuring that their staff are trained and competent to carry out their role.
