Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 5 September 2022 to Question 40832 on Fish Farming: Animal Welfare, when she expects to receive the advice of the Animal Welfare Committee on the welfare of farmed fish at the time of killing.

We expect to receive the Animal Welfare Committee’s advice by the end of March this year.
