Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to page nine of Tackling chlamydia: Local government’s new public health role, published by the Local Government Association in December 2014, what information his Department holds on steps taken by each (a) unitary and (b) upper tier local authority in North West England to reduce the incidence of chlamydia and other sexually transmitted diseases since the passing of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
