Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 9 November 2017 to Question 111244 and the Answer of 23 January 2018 to Question 123366 on Energy Performance Certificates, how many working hours have been taken to (a) collate and (b) assess that information; and what the timetable is for the completion of that work.

The Department has not recorded the time spent on collating and assessing the data returned by trading standards' bodies so the information requested is not available. The Department will set out the conclusions of its work in due course.
