Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether undocumented Ukrainian nationals will be able to make an online application to the Ukraine Family Scheme.
This question was answered on 1st April 2022
If an applicant has fled Ukraine and does not have any passport or travel document to prove their nationality, they can still apply under the Ukraine Family Scheme.
Applicants should provide any other documentation that may help to evidence their identity and nationality. They will also need to visit a Visa Application Centre so biometrics can be taken.
