Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :

To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, whether he consulted the Prime Minister before concluding the deal on fisheries on 19 March 2018.

We regularly engage with the Cabinet on EU exit, including on the agreement to the implementation period. The Government does not comment on internal Cabinet discussions.
