DFID has engaged with several stakeholders in the people-to-people community, including not-for profit organisations, in considering the effectiveness of people-to-people projects. Ministers approved the ‘People for Peaceful change’ business case which reviewed the effectiveness of people-to-people programming including through analysis of independent research.
