Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 20 February 2018 to Question 127381, what the timetable is for his Department’s consultation on whether it plans to abolish the Swedish derogation.

The Government published its response to the Taylor Review and its consultation on agency workers recommendations on 7 February 2018. This consultation will close on 9 May.
