The Home Office does not hold published data on the number of refused applications that have subsequently been approved a visa. The Home Office does publish data relating to those coming to the UK, extending their stay, gaining citizenship, applying for asylum which can be found here: Immigration statistics, year ending September 2022 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
