Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, on what date she plans to publish her Department's review of Tier 1 Investor visas granted from when the scheme launched in 2008 up to 5 April 2015.

The Government intends to publish its review of cases between 2008 to 2015 shortly.

Beyond the findings of the review, as regards specific numbers between 2008 and 2022 of Russian nationals identified as posing a National Security Risk, it is the longstanding policy of successive British Governments to not comment on intelligence matters.
