Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many and what proportion of applicants who met the 30 June 2021 deadline for applications to the EU Settlement Scheme have been waiting over six months for their applications to be processed and what steps are being taken to address the delays in processing applications.

The Home Office publishes data on the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) in the ‘EU Settlement Scheme statistics’.
