Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether it is his Department's policy that all approved freeport bids in Wales will receive £26 million of initial funding.

The UK and Welsh governments have committed to delivering a Freeport in Wales. Subject to business case approval, there is access to seed capital funding of up to £26 million.
