Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether any heavy rail operators have a dispensation from compliance with the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Requirements.

The Secretary of State publishes an Annual Report to Parliament on the granting of exemptions and dispensations against accessibility standards. Reports are available from 2010 onwards and the most recent report can be found here, subsequent annual reports will be published shortly on the GOV.UK website.
