Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if he will ensure that Ukrainian refugees are able to access apprenticeships on arrival in the UK.

The department is committed to supporting refugees to move forward with their lives and individuals with refugee status can access apprenticeships in England. Officials are working with their counterparts in the Home Office on the new visa schemes and the department will provide more detail as soon as further information is available.
