Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many local authorities have submitted a disapplication notice to move more than 0.5 per cent of their schools block funding in line with paragraph 117 of the Schools Revenue Funding 2018 to 2019 Operational Guide published by his Department.

The Department has received requests from 19 local authorities to transfer more than 0.5% of the schools block to another block, under the Dedicated Schools Grant.
