Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many and what proportion of people have died within 28 days of receiving a covid-19 vaccination.

The information requested falls under the remit of the UK Statistics Authority. I have, therefore, asked the Authority to respond.
