Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, when he plans to publish details of the new long-term, low-interest loan scheme for leaseholders in buildings below 18 metres where dangerous cladding need to be removed; when the loan scheme will be open for applications; and if he will make a statement.

We realise the need to get unsafe cladding remediated as swiftly as possible, as public safety is our first priority. We will publish further details as soon as we are able to.
