Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how much financial assistance was provided by the Government to the organisation Syria Civil Defence in the last five years.

In the last five years (from June 2013 until 31 March 2018) the UK provided £38m of support to Syria Civil Defence (also known as the White Helmets) through the cross-departmental conflict Pool and its successor, the Conflict Stability and Security Fund.
