Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 30 April 2018 to Question 138022, what the timetable is for the introduction of additional qualified informants to be progressed alongside wider Death Certification Reforms contained within the Coroners and Justice Act 2009.
This question was answered on 8th May 2018
The time table will be agreed with the Department for Health and Social Care who are responsible for Death Certification Reforms. An announcement will be made by the Government in due course.
