Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will publish a timetable for the introduction of Liberty Protection Safeguards.
This question was answered on 17th April 2023
The implementation of the Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS) has been delayed beyond the life of this Parliament. We will therefore not be publishing a timetable for the introduction of the LPS at this time
