Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the potential merits of removing the restrictions on employment in jobs that are on the Shortage Occupation List for asylum seekers.

A review of the asylum seeker right to work policy was conducted, and the decision was made to retain our policy with no further changes.
