Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what discussions officials in his Department have had with representatives of local authorities that are referring Houses of Multiple Occupancy for council tax revaluation.

The Department has not had any discussions with representatives of local authorities with regard to the referral, to the Valuation Office Agency, of requests seeking a review of the council tax banding of Houses of Multiple Occupation.
