Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many deportation orders have been in place for more than five years (a) now and (b) at the beginning of each of the last five financial years.

Providing the information requested would require a manual check of individual records which could only be done at disproportionate cost.

The Home Office does routinely publish the number of foreign national offenders removed from the UK. This information can be found at:
