The Severn River Crossings are due to come back into public ownership in late 2017/early 2018. A date for the handover of these assets is still being determined. Highways England are holding discussions on the Secretary of State’s behalf with Severn River Crossing Plc regarding the handover of the Bridges and transition of staff.
