Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how much has accrued to the public purse from the sale of British Embassy premises since 2010.

​In the financial years from 2009-10 to 2017-18, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has received net sale proceeds amounting to £508.876 million. This includes £425 million received for the sale of the former compound in Bangkok in financial year 2017-18.
