Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, whether his Department is responsible for negotiations on the Energy Charter Treaty.

Overall responsibility for the Energy Charter Treaty lies with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. The Department for Business and Trade leads on negotiating the investment provisions within the Treaty.
