The Home Office collects and publishes data on the ethnicity of the police officers in England and Wales on an annual basis.

The latest available data are published in the ‘Police Workforce, England and Wales, 31 March 2019’ statistical bulletin: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/police-workforce-england-and-wales-31-march-2019

Data on the religious affiliation of police officers is not held centrally.
