A report on the progress made in response to the recommendations of the short life working group was considered by the Medicines Safety Improvement Board in December 2020 in the context of the development of the National Patient Safety Strategy.

The Medicines Safety Improvement Programme’s website is being updated and will reflect the direction of travel for the programme and incorporate progress that has been made to date.
