Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many promoters and operators of schemes subject to the loan charge have been prosecuted for promoting and operating those schemes.

I refer my hon. Friend to the answer that was given on 3 November 2021 to Question 62867 and also the answer that was given on 21 February 2022 to Question HL6054.
