Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to priority five in the Prime Minister's speech of 4 January setting out his priorities for 2023, whether she has sought legal advice to check compliance with the European Convention on Human Rights of the proposed legislation to stop small boats; and if she will make a statement.
