Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many prevention of future death notices have referenced complications caused by the covid-19 vaccine in each month since December 2020.

The Department has received one Regulation 28 (Prevention of Future Deaths) report regarding complications caused by the COVID-19 vaccine since December 2020, which was issued in October 2022.
