Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether in kind donations to Ukraine of equipment, such as medical supplies and power generators, are counted (a) as ODA and (b) as part of the 0.5 per cent GNI budget.

Donations of equipment such as medical supplies and power generators from the UK's official sector to Ukraine that are made in line with the OECD's ODA directives will be reported as ODA and will be within the 0.5 percent settlement.
