Some support for refugees in the first twelve months of their stay in a donor country such as the UK is ODA eligible according to the OECD's directives on ODA. It will be for the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to report the costs incurred for hosting Ukrainian refugees if they meet the ODA directives. At this point we are not sure what the costs will be.
