Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what estimate he has made of (a) national and (b) regional take-up of his Department's childhood immunisation programme in each of the last three years.

Annual vaccine coverage information for all childhood immunisations is published by the Health and Social Care Information Centre. The information includes vaccine uptake rates for children at the ages of one, two and five, and is broken down by region.
