Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what recent research his Department has carried out on the risks associated with properties built using modern methods of construction.

The Department has undertaken research into modern methods of construction but not specifically about associated risks. Research into particular topics may include consideration of modern methods of construction if relevant to the subject of the research.
