Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to section 39 of the Land Compensation Act 1973, what information his Department holds on the number of people who have been rehoused by local authorities after they have been displaced by a (a) compulsory purchase order and (b) housing order where no affordable alternative accommodation is available.
