Whilst air quality is a devolved policy area, my officials work closely with the Devolved Administrations and have developed an Air Quality Common Framework to set out how the four administrations can work effectively together to improve air quality. This includes the development of plans for how the UK will meet its emissions reduction commitments by 2030 for five key pollutants, including PM2.5.
