Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the Answer of 20 March 2017 to Question 67822, whether her Department plans to develop a version of the visa data which is suitable for publication.

There are no plans to develop and publish such data. The latest quarterly Immigration Statistics (which can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/migration-statistics) indicate that there were over 400,000 refusals of entry clearance visas in the calendar year 2016 and each refusal may be for multiple reasons, specific to individual cases.
